OsteoFort is a formula combining several natural ingredients to support bone density, including aragonite from pearl oysters, fish backbone, hydrolyzed marine collagen, cod liver oil and coral calcium.
For a daily intake of 6 vegetarian capsules, the formula provides 1020 mg aragonite, 600 mg fish backbone, 300 mg hydrolyzed marine collagen, 180 mg cod liver oil and 120 mg coral calcium, for a total calcium intake of 612 mg (76.5% of recommended daily allowance).
Calcium is an essential mineral for the maintenance of normal bone structure. The combination of marine collagen and other natural ingredients completes the formulation.
Recommended use: 1 to 2 capsules morning, noon and night. Supplementation lasts 33 days, with 6 capsules taken daily.
