Zinc complex is a formula combining zinc (bisglycinate and picolinate), selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine, lithothamnium and vitamin B6. Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and is involved in numerous biochemical reactions in the body.
Each capsule provides 15 mg zinc (150% of the Nutrient Reference Value), 55 µg selenium (100% of the NRV), plus lithothamnion and vitamin B6 to complete the formula.
Zinc is presented in bisglycinate and picolinate forms, chosen for their ease of assimilation. The combination with selenium helps support the immune system, while lithothamnium provides minerals and vitamin B6 completes the nutritional formula.
Recommended use is 1 capsule a day, in the evening with a meal, with a recommended supplementation period of 60 days. Use is not recommended for people suffering from hyperthyroidism, due to the presence of lithothamnion.
